Vizio is adding to small thin LED televisions to its Razor TV line. The TVs are each less than one inch thick. They can be used as a large digital photo frame when not being used as a TV. The 19-inch Razor LED TV (VM190XVT) retails for $349.99 and the 23-inch Razor LED TV (VM230XVT) retails for $399.99.

LG, a global leader and HDTV technology innovator, recently unveiled two new 55-inch ultra-slim “full LED” backlit LCD TVs in Seoul – Models 55LH95 and 55LH93.
LG's New 55LH95 LED TVThese 2 new LED TVs offer brighter and clearer displays than competing products thanks to backlighting that employs a total of 3,360 LEDs that is different from the way Samsung does it. LG claims it is 7 times more than existing edge-lit LED TVs like the Samsung LED TVs. It utilizes local dimming principle which means that the 3,360 LEDs behind the LCD panel are controlled locally in zones, allowing the TV to achieve a very deep reproduction of black and a very high contrast ratio to the tune of 5,000,000:1! And with a refresh rate of 240 Hz, these TVs maintain a vibrant, smooth image even during fast-paced action scenes.
But more innovatively the LH95 is the first TV to incorporate local dimming LEDs and a wireless connection. All inputs are connected to the external media box that which you can hide in the drawer or the room next to the TV, leaving an elegant almost cable-free screen on the wall. The wireless media box transmits a Full HD (1080p) signal, and neither sound nor picture is compressed.
A Wireless HD Receiver allows LH95 TV to be installed without messy cables around the TVThey will be launched in July 2009 and is priced at around US$5,500 for the 55LH93 and around US$5,900 for the 55LH95 model.
“These products were designed specifically to target the high-end segment and offer unmatched quality and design,” said LG Electronics Home Entertainment Company President and CEO, Simon Kang.
LG plans to aggressively expand the LED LCD TV business and is aiming for three to four million unit sales next year. Three different models of full LED LCD TVs will be offered to suit different markets. The ultra-slim model will be positioned as the premium product with additional products in this category being announced later this year. LG will unveil less expensive 42-inch and 47-inch full LED LCD TVs by the end of the year without the ultra-slim feature.

Hannspree, everyone's favourite novelty TV manufacturer, has revealed a couple of serious new samsung LED TV review, known as the SV Series.
Available in a 32-inch and 42-inch screen size, the two LED idiot boxes include Hannspree's Vivid Motion 100Hz technology – this should result in smoother picture transitions and flicker-free films.
The Full HD 1080p displays have the super-wide viewing angle of 178 degrees and a 16:9 aspect ratio.

As with all TVs these days, there are ports galore – three HDMI, two Scart, a USB port for video input and component and VGA inputs too.
There's no internet connectivity on board, although you could get a set top box for this if you're into that kind of thing.
Unfortunately for some, the new models only come in boring rectangle, and not in squirrel or apple-shaped fascias. Still, they're slim and unassuming.
The SV series TVs are available now, with fairly reasonable UK pricing: £419.99 for the 32-inch and £549.99 for the 42-inch.
With seemingly every TV manufacturer scrambling to release a 3DTV, only a few companies are being left behind in the sad, boring world of 2D. Toshiba caught up to the pack with its 3D Blu-ray player and 3DTV launch last week, and Thursday at CEDIA, Sharp joined the party with its first 3D HDTVs
Sharp's LE925 series is immediately available, and comes in 60- and 52-inch models, the LC-60LE925UN and LC-52LE925UN. The TVs use Sharp's four-color technology (adding yellow to the standard red, green, and blue), which Sharp said makes the picture brighter and solves the dimming problem that is sometimes created by 3D glasses. Each of the LE925 series TVs will come with two pairs of 3D glasses, and the glasses can be used to convert 3D content to 2D—making it possible to watch shot-in-3D content in 2D with the push of a button on the glasses.
The 925 Series comes with Sharp's AQUOS Net Service, which allows the TVs to stream Netflix, Vudu, and other services using the bundled Wi-Fi adapter. There's also a USB media player on the devices for easy playback of external media.
To go with its new TVs, Sharp also launched two new Blu-ray players at CEDIA, the BD-HP90U and BD-HP80U. Each one plays 1080p video, and connects to the Web to stream Netflix, Pandora, Vudu and more. When paired with a Sharp 3D HDTV (say, the ones launched today), the players offer software-based performance enhancements and connectivity through a single HDMI cable. Both players support 7.1-channel surround sound, and the attractive players can be mounted horizontally or vertically to save space.
The LC-60LE925UN is in stores now for $5,299.99, while the LC-52LE925UN is available for an MSRP of $4,199.99. The BD-HP90U and BD-HP80U will be available this month for $499.99 and $429.99, respectively.
